“My family had a great stay Cynthia was super terrific and made me and family so comfortable from the start and I mean as we stepped into the hotel. She got us towels for the pool and extra water's for everyone. Our rooms were very clean and we loved how we could connect to our family Netflix. Thank you from my family.”
“I had a very pleasant stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank. The location is excellent, with several restaurants and shopping options within walking distance, which made everything very convenient. While the room décor is a bit older, the rooms are in very good condition, clean, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. The hotel bar and restaurant were also a great experience, with excellent service and very good food. I would definitely stay here again!”
“Overall the hotel is nice and a good location. We stayed there for a trip to Universal Studios. It was about a 15 minute drive and pretty easy to access. The hotel itself is nice and the room was decent. The only reason I knocked off a star is because the air conditioner was a bit noisy. The only way I can describe it was it sounded like a horse galloping, which was probably a fan knocking. The other reason for the 4 stars is the paid parking. That seems to be the thing in LA and Orange counties. It is close to walking distance to restaurants which is nice. Walking is highly recommended, especially on Friday might as there was no parking in the garages or the street where the restaurants were. Overall, it was a nice hotel and would stay again. They also didn't give me my free water at check in as a Hilton Honors member.”
